Job Description
- Draft, review, and amend legal documentation, including contracts and corporate agreements.
- Assist in due diligence processes and prepare necessary reports.
- Support the legal team in managing corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate legal processes.
- Maintain accurate records and manage case files effectively.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Paralegal, Newly Qualified Solicitor, or Junior Solicitor should have:
- A qualified legal background, including LLB or equivalent law degree.
- Experience in corporate law or professional services.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and methods.
