This role at Co-op Andover involves working in a chilled environment (2-5°C), with the option to work in a freezer environment (-25°C). Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment (LLOP) Pick/pack meat and alcohol Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse Work in a team to achieve key targets Meet performance and productivity targets Pick items using a voice-activated system Shift Details: Afternoon shift : (2pm-10pm) £14.83 – £16.77 per hour Night shift : (10pm-6am) £16.12 to £18.06 Overtime £19.33 – £21.27 per hour after 37.5h Benefits: Weekly pay and flexible access via Stream app Free Company Shop Membership with up to 70% off food Fully paid LLOP license course Great work environment Free access to our internal Moodle platform Secure on-site car park and bike storage This ongoing temporary position offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidates, after a minimum of 12 weeks of service with ctrg Enhanced benefits are available if successful in gaining a permanent role.
