About the Role
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Systems Analyst position! This is a 12 months contract-to-hire and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered. What You'll Be Doing: Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions and system integrations that enable critical business processes across multiple applications Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment with organizational goals Partner with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and define solution architecture Drive system improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities, proposing enhancements, and implementing scalable technology solutions Troubleshoot complex technical issues across integrated systems, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolution efforts with appropriate teams Design and document technical solutions that ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability across the enterprise technology landscape Support ongoing business processes by maintaining system integrations, monitoring performance, and responding to stakeholder needs Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions are properly implemented and meet defined requirements What You'll Need to Have: 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role working with enterprise solutions and system integrations Proven experience gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering solutions that meet stakeholder needs Strong technical documentation skills with the ability to create clear, comprehensive system documentation and functional specifications Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution across multiple integrated systems Solid understanding of system integration concepts, business process workflows, and enterprise application architectures Experience working as a liaison between business and technical teams, with the ability to communicate effectively with both audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering scalable, reliable solutions Pay Range: $55-$60/hr Questions about any of our jobs?
