JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Lead / Senior Pega Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Pega applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform, strong case management and BPM knowledge, and the ability to lead complex implementations while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance scalable applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
Lead the implementation of case management and BPM workflows
Build and configure rules, flows, flow actions, decision tables, and decision trees
Develop and customize UI components including Sections, Harnesses, and Skins
Utilize low-code / no-code capabilities to deliver efficient and maintainable solutions
Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
Design and develop reusable components while ensuring Pega guardrail compliance
Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST and SOAP services
Design and manage data models using Classes, Properties, and Data Pages
Create and optimize reports and dashboards using Report Definitions
Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and production issues
Use Pega debugging tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and Live UI
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and solution architecture
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the team
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
Case Management, Pega Rules Engine, Flows & Flow Actions, Decision Tables & Trees
UI Development (Sections, Harnesses, Skins), Reporting (Report Definitions)
Integrations (REST, SOAP, Connectors & Services), Data Modeling (Classes, Properties, Data Pages)
Strong understanding of Pega architecture, guardrails, and best practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead complex Pega implementations
Pega CSA / CSSA / CLSA certifications are preferred
