Location Fort Worth, TX 76137 | Onsite


Compensation & Schedule

  • $18.00–$19.00/hr (based on experience)
  • Weekly pay
  • 8-hour shifts scheduled in advance
  • Shifts fall between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (possible start times include 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, or 1 PM)
  • No overnight shifts
  • Temp-to-Perm
  • Must be available to work up to 2 Saturdays per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers regarding early-stage and delinquent auto loan accounts (auto finance collections)
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and identify practical solutions to resolve outstanding balances
  • Manage high-volume outbound calls while handling inbound inquiries as needed
  • Perform skip tracing (researching databases and tools to locate updated contact information)
  • Document all account activity accurately to meet compliance and performance metrics


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center, collections, or accounts receivable environment


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in auto finance, loan servicing, or consumer collections
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to meet call volume and performance goals in a metric-driven environment
