The Firm Our client is an employee-owned, award-winning, architectural practice firm with a proven track record in a practical, innovative and economical design. They have designed some of Canada’s most notable buildings. Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate and foster team environment to deliver the highest level of design. Work with the design team and subconsultant coordination process. Ability to present in meetings with clients or municipalities Create high-quality documentation, provide guidance with technical detail, & explore new solutions Ability to drive the project forward towards successful completion / Motivates and challenges others to perform at their best Participates in networking activities within the design industry and professional organizations Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree Minimum of 5 years of professional experience Intermediate Revit knowledge Healthcare, Institutional or Commercial project experience is preferred Understanding of drafting & putting a drawing set together Follows instructions well and learns fast Thorough and detailed oriented Understands priority Resourceful, flexible, adaptable, positive attitude Eager to learn and experience all aspects of the projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills
