Your contribution: You will design robust assembly, alignment, and integration processes for a technologically advanced environment. By combining strong technical understanding with structured process development, you will help ensure that innovative solutions can be implemented reliably in practice.
What can you expect?
- Develop processes, tools, and technical solutions for the assembly, alignment, and field integration of sensitive optical and mechatronic components
- Support the commissioning, validation, and implementation of new processes
- Coordinate technical requirements, translate them into clear and practicable process specifications, and continuously develop technologies and methods
- Identify technical risks and weaknesses during the development and series-production phases and develop targeted improvements and solutions
- Work as part of interdisciplinary project teams, take ownership of your topics, and continuously expand your technical expertise through workshops and professional exchange
Your profile
- A university degree in physics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study
- A strong technical understanding of sensitive mechatronic, optical, or high-precision components and their safe handling
- Initial practical experience in process development, assembly, integration, or commissioning of technical components is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as an interest in collaborating with external partners and a wide range of stakeholders
- A willingness to take responsibility, drive technical topics forward, and maintain an overview even when requirements chang
- Willingness to travel within Germany for project assignments at our clients’ sites and at their partners’ or suppliers’ locations
- Business-fluent German and fluent English skills
