Monday to Friday || 8am to 5pm || Overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Answer incoming calls from candidates applying to open jobs</li>
<li>Make outbound calls to candidates from job posting boards</li>
<li>Conduct interviews to find qualified candidates for client orders</li>
<li>Conduct E-Verify verifications&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct drug and background screenings</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bilingual in English/Spanish</li>
<li>Work OT as needed &#8211; mainly in peak season</li>
<li>Sit for extended periods of time</li>
</ul>
