Location: Ringgold, GA
Coverage Area: Walker, Dade, Catoosa, and Whitfield Counties
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call Rotation: 3–4 weekend days and 5–6 weeknights per month
Compensation: $47–$49 per hour +
$0.43/mile reimbursement

Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
As a vital member of our clinical team, you will
lead the delivery of comprehensive nursing care while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth patient assessments and executing individualized care plans
- Driving health maintenance, disease prevention, and case management strategies
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Coordinating care across multiple providers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Overseeing medication management, including ordering, monitoring, and compliance
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
- Monitoring changes in patient condition and proactively communicating with physicians
- Supervising and mentoring LPNs and unlicensed staff to uphold care excellence
- Ensuring adherence to infection control standards and regulatory guidelines
- Facilitating patient appointments and coordinating follow-up care
- Supporting transitions of care, including hospital admissions and discharges
- Leading training initiatives for new hires and ongoing staff development
What We’re Looking For in Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
- Active RN license in Georgia
- Experience in home health strongly preferred
- Familiarity with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for patient advocacy
