As our Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role within the Performance Marketing Team. You’ll take the lead on managing and growing our affiliate and influencer partnerships, driving new customers, boosting traffic, and unlocking revenue opportunities. 

  • Lead influencer gifting outreach, sourcing exciting new talent, coordinating product sends, and keeping everything running smoothly. 
  • Act as the go-to contact for influencer agencies, ensuring paid campaigns are delivered seamlessly and on time. 
  • Own gifting and performance trackers, partnering closely with the Trading team to measure impact and spot growth opportunities..  
  • Own relationships with student partners, ensuring all offers and assets are current while proactively developing these partnerships. 
  • Keep partners engaged and informed by sharing promotions and key product focuses aligned to the marketing calendar. 
  • Monitor daily spend across commissions and partner activities, keeping budgets on track. 
  • Use Marcode (SaaS platform) to proactively identify and tackle affiliate fraud.  
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, delivering insights and recommendations to optimise future partnerships.  
  • Support with contracts, invoicing, and general administrative tasks related to affiliate and influencer campaigns.  
  • Constantly seek out new opportunities across affiliate and influencer channels to drive growth.  
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching trends, emerging influencers, and competitor activity. 
  • Collaborate with the Social Coordinator to source on-brand content via TikTok One, sharing what’s working in weekly trade meetings. 
  • Provide ad hoc support to the wider team as required; no two days are the same! 
  • Experience in digital marketing (ideally in a similar role), with a proactive, can-do attitude.
