• Lead and manage the weekly LCV auction sale end-to-end
• Source stock from fleet operators, lease companies, dealers and vendors
• Build and grow a strong buyer network to drive conversion
• Develop long-term vendor relationships and secure consistent entries
• Oversee sale-day operations from preparation through to completion
• Track performance, identify opportunities, and drive growth

• Proven experience in the LCV or vehicle remarketing sector (essential)
• Strong network across fleet, lease, trade buyers or vendors
• Experience leading a sales function, auction or similar environment
• Commercially sharp with a results-driven mindset
• Confident communicator and strong relationship builder
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
