Your responsibilities:
Advise potential and existing customers about our products via different channels (phone, email, and chat)
Work together with customers to find the best solutions for their individual technical requirements
Continously improve our services by contributing your ideas

Strong communication skills in German and English and very strong people skills
Self‑initiative, team spirit, and a structured work style
