Your responsibilities: Advise potential and existing customers about our products via different channels (phone, email, and chat) Work together with customers to find the best solutions for their individual technical requirements Continously improve our services by contributing your ideas What impresses us: Enthusiasm for IT, hosting and cloud technologies Strong communication skills in German and English and very strong people skills Self‑initiative, team spirit, and a structured work style Experience in sales or customer support is a plus — but we also welcome people who are changing careers!
