Chief Medical Officer

The Position: Our client is looking for a Chief Medical Officer to join their executive leadership team. The pay range our client is offering is $255,000 to $345,000 depending on experience.

Requirements:
- MD or DO Required
- Board Certification Required
- Current California Medical License or Ability to Obtain Prior to Employment
- 8+ Years of Clinical Leadership Experience
- FQHC or Community Health Center Experience Preferred
- HRSA, FTCA, PCMH, or Value-Based Care Experience Preferred
- Bilingual Preferred (Chinese or Spanish)
Responsibilities:
- 32 to 40 Hours Per Week
- Schedule Includes Saturdays
- Reports Directly to the CEO
- Serve as a Member of the Executive Leadership Team
- Provide Clinical Leadership Across Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, and Optometry
- Oversee Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Clinical Leadership
- Lead Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Initiatives
- Oversee Credentialing, Privileging, and Peer Review
- Support Provider Engagement, Productivity, and Clinical Operations
- Ensure Compliance With HRSA, FTCA, and Other Regulatory Requirements
- Assist With Clinical Strategy, Growth, and Long-Term Planning
