<strong>Static Air Conditioning Engineer – Victoria – 48K<br></strong><br>Location: Victoria<br><br>Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 + all travel expenses paid for.<br><br>Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent<br><br>Our client is a rapidly growing FM provider offering a full range of services and have a new opportunity for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to work in a team of X2 on a site in Victoria.<br><br><strong>The Role<br></strong><br>This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Air Conditioning engineer to take on a Static role. You’ll be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding on AC systems across one site.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Have good experience fault finding and repair of VRF systems and split systems.</li><ul><li>To be able to work confidently and individually on refrigeration recovery, pressure testing and brazed repairs on VRF and split systems.</li><li>To be able to work confidently and individually on compressor changes VRF and split systems.</li><li>Have good knowledge and experience on working with a variety of Manufacturers equipment, namely Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba and Panasonic</li><li>Fault-finding and diagnostics</li><li>To be able to provide detailed remedial repair reports with information of replacement component parts.</li><li>Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant health & safety and compliance standards</li><li>Keep accurate records using PDA and company systems</li><li>Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally on-site</li></ul></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br><ul><li>Proven experience in commercial air conditioning maintenance and repair</li><ul><li>Valid F-Gas qualification – essential</li><li>Relevant AC qualifications and manufacturer training – advantageous</li><li>Basic electrical knowledge</li><li>Strong diagnostic skills and theability to work independently</li></ul></ul><strong>Salary & Package</strong><br><ul><li>£40,000 – £48,000 basic (depending on experience and skill level)</li><ul><li>8 - 5 Monday to Friday with no on call. </li><li>Regular overtime opportunities on site and to support the wider team in London should you want it. </li><li>Specialist tools, PPE, uniform, smartphone & PDA</li><li>21 days holiday + bank holidays</li><li>Company pension scheme</li></ul></ul>If you feel you would be well suited for the role or would like to find out more, please send your up to date CV.
