<p><strong>Salary: £35,000 – £45,000</strong></p>
<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic RIBA chartered practice who offer their expertise to the residential, retail, and healthcare sectors. They are looking for a talented Technical Architect to join their expanding team in their Harrogate studio.</p>

<p><strong>Duties for the role of Technical Architect include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Produce creative design solutions</li>
<li>Develop high-quality technical drawing and specifications</li>
<li>Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams</li>
<li>Attend design team meetings and site visits</li>
<li>Deliver projects from inception through to completion</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and experience for the role of Technical Architect:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>ARB registered</li>
<li>Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice</li>
<li>Proficiency with Revit</li>
<li>Experience working on projects at RIBA stages 5 and 6</li>
<li>Experience managing projects across various sectors</li>
<li>Job running experience is desirable</li>
<li>Excellent drawing and design skills</li>
<li>Strong technical skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li>
