Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Dispatcher for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC. This position has openings on all shifts including overnight. Part-Time opportunities are also available.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound phone calls
Dispatch customer orders
Quote orders for customers and handle invoicing needs
Document all order updates in company’s software system
Requirements
Previous CSR/Dispatch or Office work experience
Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug test
