About the Role
<p>Are you a driven, well-presented Lettings Consultant looking to grow your skillset and join a close-knit, supportive team? This is your chance to join a leading independent estate agency in the role of Lettings Consultant at their office in Cheltenham.</p>
<p><strong>As a Lettings Consultant, what’s in it for you?</strong></p>

<li>£26,000 – £29,000 salary, dependent on experience</li>
<li>Monday – Friday only</li>

<p><strong>Your Role as a Lettings Consultant:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build relationships with Landlords, handling enquiries with confidence</li>
<li>Book viewings and property inspections</li>
<li>Coordinate move ins and organise tenant referencing</li>
<li>Negotiate and handle offers, and any queries between Landlord and tenants</li>
<li>Schedule compliance certificates and repair access with Landlords and tenants</li>
<li>Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records across CRM platforms</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we’re looking for from a Lettings Consultant:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 12 months industry experience is preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of Goodlord and Street is highly desirable</li>
<li>Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!</li>
<li>A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Solid IT skills & attention to detail</li>
<li>A well-presented and professional approach</li>
<li>Punctuality & great organisational skills</li>
<li>Valid driving licence and access to own car</li>
</ul>
