Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Accounting Associate for a client of ours in RTP, NC.
Responsibilities
Payroll
Process payroll and commissions
Prepare journal entries to record all payrolls to ERP system
Prepare all payroll and employee benefit accounts reconciliations
Assist Accounts Payable with employee expense report payment processing
Assist Human Resources and Accounting Supervisor as needed
Assist with year-end accrual tracking and audits
Sales Order Operations
Process customer orders
Schedule orders by evaluating on-hand inventory and incoming inventory shipments
Create customs documentation
Interface with customer purchasing organizations
Requirements
1-3 years of Accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
ERP and Sales Force experience is a plus
Payroll experience is preferred
