About the Opportunity
Heritage Urgent and Primary Care, a division of Raleigh-Durham Medical Group (RDMG), is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing clinical team serving the Wake Forest and Raleigh communities.

Position Highlights
Full-time, on-site position
Practice across two locations: Wake Forest and Raleigh
Monday – Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Blend of urgent care and primary care services
Collaborative care model with strong clinical and administrative support

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical care for patients in both urgent care and primary care settings
Conduct patient evaluations including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide patient education regarding treatment, prevention, and wellness strategies
Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (Master’s Degree required)
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in North Carolina
2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
