This position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative urgent care and primary care environment, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Our providers are supported by experienced clinical staff and modern facilities that emphasize efficient workflows, patient-centered care, and strong team collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Physician Assistant who values autonomy, teamwork, and delivering high-quality care in a well-established practice. Position Highlights Full-time, on-site position Practice across two locations: Wake Forest and Raleigh Monday – Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Blend of urgent care and primary care services Collaborative care model with strong clinical and administrative support Modern practice environment with established patient base Opportunity to work with experienced healthcare leaders and providers Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical care for patients in both urgent care and primary care settings Conduct patient evaluations including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans Provide patient education regarding treatment, prevention, and wellness strategies Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (Master’s Degree required) Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in North Carolina 2+ years of clinical experience preferred Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
