Deone is the world's first Deobanking App — a single membership that brings together premium banking, digital assets, exclusive lifestyle benefits, and wellness services. Built on WeFi's blockchain-native financial infrastructure, Deone is reimagining what modern financial services can be, backed by a leadership team from Tether, Wise, Binance, and Bybit. We're early-stage, remote-first, and moving fast.
We're looking for someone to become the operational right hand to our CMO — the person who makes sure every marketing and design task has a clear owner, deadline, and next step, and who pushes things forward instead of just tracking them. This is a brand-new role: some processes exist, some don't, and you'll have full ownership to keep, fix, or rebuild them. Early on you'll work closely with the CMO and Design Director to learn how things run; over time, you'll take on more of the day-to-day decisions yourself. You'll report directly to the CMO, with a close working line to the Design Director on design matters, and coordinate daily with Product, Growth, Compliance, and Legal.
Own the coordination layer between Marketing, Design, and Product for a fast-growing Deobanking platform — from a blank page to a fully running operation. This is a hands-on ownership role at the intersection of marketing, design, and delivery.
Marketing and design teams always know what needs to be done, by when, and who owns it
Product information is collected early enough for content and design work to be prepared on time
Campaigns and launches ship on schedule — not delayed by unclear briefs, missing assets, or late feedback/approval
Leadership has clear visibility into project status, blockers, and what's coming next
The quality and consistency of marketing and design output steadily improves
Intro call with the recruiter
Interview with the CMO
Interview with the Design Director
Final interview with a co-founder / CPO
Fully remote — we care about time zone (roughly GMT+1 to GMT+4), not your country. Dubai office available, never mandatory.
Freelance / B2B service agreement
10 days paid vacation, plus 2 fixed extra days off (Dec 25 & Jan 1)
Full ownership over how this function is built — no legacy process to be stuck with
Own day-to-day coordination across marketing and design workflows — briefs, owners, deadlines, priorities, status
Sit in on key meetings, turn discussions into tracked tasks, and follow up until they're done
Keep structured task boards, timelines, and content calendars across teams and agencies
Coordinate marketing and design deliverables from request to delivery — campaigns, social, product materials, landing pages, presentations, KOL content, launches
Work with Product to collect the latest feature updates, terminology, and positioning so content stays accurate
Coordinate feedback and approval rounds across Marketing, Design, Product, and Compliance
Identify blockers, missing information, or delays early, and push for resolution — proactively, without being asked
Build and improve workflows, templates, and briefing systems as you go
Catch missing details, outdated information, or inconsistent messaging before things go out the door
Prepare regular status updates: what's on track, blocked, delayed, or launching soon
Hands-on experience in project/task management, marketing operations, creative operations, or production coordination — what matters most is intensity and adaptability, not years on paper. Someone who thrived in one fast-paced, high-pressure year will stand out more than someone who coasted for ten.
Comfortable coordinating across time zones, departments, and external agencies (~20 people in scope today, and growing)
Confident, daily user of tools like Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, Linear, or Monday — this is checked, not assumed
Marketing or design background is a strong plus, but it can be taught — coordination can't
Experience in luxury, hospitality, or brand-driven industries is a genuine plus (arguably more useful to us than a fintech/crypto background, which the team already has covered)
Bonus: experience with workflow automation (Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar)
Bonus: experience building internal systems, templates, or documentation from scratch
Comfortable coordinating a wide bench — designers, copywriters, marketers, product managers, community managers, and external agencies/partners
