Group Commercial Finance Manager

Group Commercial Finance Manager £80000 - £90000 per annum + Benefits and Bonus West Midlands Permanent SR/18625_1764586782 Greenwell Gleeson have been retained to recruit a Group Commercial Finance Manager for an international manufacturing group with operations across the globe. Having recently been acquired by an investment group they have been tasked with double in size over the next 5 years and as part of that journey, the Group CFO has identified the need to increase the size and calibre of the group finance team. The Group Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting process and working with the sites on the financial planning, analysis and performance reporting. They will also be responsible for creating investment models for key strategic group projects both at a site and group level and provide support to commercial and operational finance when the need arises. To be considered for the role you will need to be commercially minded, have extensive FP&A experience preferable gained in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, you will need to have excellent stakeholder engagement, financial modelling and communication skills.
