Position: CNC Miller - Programmer setter Operator Location: CoventrySalary: £18 to £21 per hour (DOE) CNC Miller required to join a growing engineering team that is based in Coventry. Thesuccessful candidate will come from a CNC Milling background and be able toProgramme Set and Operate Fanuc or Hurco controls machines. CNC Miller Job OverviewSet up CNC milling machines, including selecting tools, setting work offsets, and loading programs.Operate 3-axis and/or multi-axis CNC mills to produce components to exact tolerances.Interpret and work from engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation.Adjust machine settings to optimize performance, surface finish, and cycle times CNC Miller Job RequirementsProven experience as a CNC Miller or Machinist in a manufacturing or engineering environment.Programming Setting and Operating experienceFanuc or Hurco controls experienceHypermill, ONC CNC, Alphacam Or Edgecam experienceAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing (GD&T).Competence using precision measuring equipment.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
