Management Accountant

Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this role offers an excellent platform for career growth and development.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ownership of the preparation of monthly management accounts and group reporting.</li> <li>Preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.</li> <li>Assisting with cashflow management and providing recommendations to senior management.</li> <li>Supporting the preparation of year-end audit files and liaising with external auditors.</li> <li>Developing financial models to support business decision-making.</li> <li>Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting at a group level.</li> <li>Mentoring and supporting junior members of the finance team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Part-qualified or qualified</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to work across all levels of the organisation.</li> <li>Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Experience in a group finance environment is advantageous but not essential.</li> </ul> <p>Our client offers a competitive salary, hybrid working options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
