<p><b>Young Carers Project Worker (Fixed-Term)</b></p> <p><b>22.5 hours per week (1-year Fixed- Term)</b></p> <p><b>&pound;25,000 to &pound;30,000 per annum (Pro-Rata)</b></p> <p>Our client, Centre 33, is looking to recruit a Young Carers Project Worker, with extensive experience working with young people, to support the delivery of Centre 33&#039;s Young Carer service in Cambridgeshire on a 1-year fixed-term contract.</p> <p>You will be part of the Young Carers Project at Centre 33, providing a variety of support to young carers. Your role will involve assessment of young people, face to face support and group work in line with the strategic development of the service.</p> <p>This post is a critical part of the Young Carers&rsquo; service and involves working and engaging with young people in a variety of settings.</p> <p>You will be working across various locations in Peterborough, with occasional travel to other areas within Cambridgeshire.
