Aufgaben
For our München restaurant we are looking for responsible and committed employees who want to push their management career.
You guarantee our guest satisfaction and increase it through your commitment.
You recognize the strengths of your team and promote them. You are responsible for maintaining Burgermeister’s high safety, hygiene and quality standards within your team.
You act as an interface between the head office and the employees in the restaurant.
You will be close in communication with your store manager and ensure that the condition of your store and the service in the restaurant meets Burgermeister guidelines all the time.
Qualifikation
Initial experience in a similar position (preferably in system catering)
The ability to convince and motivate people
Strong team spirit and a high degree of service orientation
A positive charisma and a friendly demeanor
A high degree of responsibility and reliability
You are used to speak English fluently
Good German language skills are an advantage
