About the Role

<p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a passionate, people-orientated HR Advisor to join a growing advisory team on a 6-month fixed term contract.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:107%">This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys providing high-quality, pragmatic HR advice and supporting managers across a broad range of people matters in a fast-paced environment.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:107%">On a day-to-day basis, you will provide support to the business and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, HR documentation, best practice and employment law, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach across the organisation.</span></span></span><br /> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">&pound;15 &#8211; clients when required</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">Contribute to HR projects and ad hoc work as required by the business</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">Utilise CRM systems and HR knowledge bases to ensure accurate and consistent advice</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> <span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%"><b>Skills and experience required:</b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">Proven practical HR experience at Advisor level or above</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">Experience providing business-focused HR advice to managers at all levels</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">CIPD Level 3 or above, or equivalent HR experience</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">Ability to build professional relationships and manage workload effectively</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:13.5px"><span style="line-height:107%">Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team</span></span></span></li> </ul>
