We are looking for a
Payments, Clearing & Settlement Specialist to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.
What you will be doing?
We are looking for an ambitious Payments, Clearing & Settlement Specialist who is ready to contribute to a dynamic banking environment and take part in critical payment processes.
Your key responsibilities:
- End-to-End payment operations: execution and oversight of domestic and international payment orders.
- Payment systems administration: providing ongoing operational support for SWIFT, SEPA, ELIXIR, and SORBNET systems.
- Reconciliation management: monitoring and reconciling nostro accounts and general ledger (GL) accounts.
- Reporting & analysis: preparing daily operational reports.
Skills you should have
- Professional experience: at least one year of operational experience.
- Technical expertise: comprehensive knowledge of payment standards and systems (SWIFT, ELIXIR, SEPA, SORBNET, TARGET2).
- Language proficiency:
- Polish: minimum C1 level (fluent business communication).
- English: minimum B2 level (ability to work with international documentation and systems).
- Technical skills: good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace..
- Nice to have: practical knowledge of SQL or VBA is considered a significant asset.
- Soft skills: strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
