- Azure Fundamentals certification is required.
- TIBCO BusinessWorks certification is required.
- TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x) certification is required.
- TIBCO Cloud Integration certification is required.
- Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, work proactively, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and experimenting with new technologies and approaches.
- Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn emerging technologies and industry best practices.
