We are looking for a Junior Daily Banking Operations Specialist to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.As a Daily Junior Banking Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our bank's engine, ensuring the seamless execution of core financial processes. Your role is focused on the end-to-end operational lifecycle of our clients' products—from maintaining data integrity to precise transaction management and account closures. You will be responsible for the accuracy of our systems and the reliability of our daily banking services, directly impacting the quality of the customer experience.
Account & Product Lifecycle Management: Executing Accounts Parameter Changes and the Processing of Relation Closures to ensure client portfolios are always accurate and up-to-date.
Data Administration: Performing Client Data Updates and Maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of personal data administration and system consistency.
Deposit Operations: Handling Term Deposit configuration and performing Manual Corrections of Deposit Parameters to ensure financial products are set up according to specific client agreements.
Payment Execution: Managing Manual Payments execution, ensuring all non-automated transfers are processed with 100% accuracy and within strict deadlines.
Customer Communication: executing Mass Customer Communication campaigns regarding operational changes, updates, or regulatory requirements.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operational role within the banking sector, with a strong background in back-office or middle-office functions.
Exceptional attention to detail and a "zero-error" mindset when handling financial data and manual payments.
Hands-on experience in managing client data, account parameters, and deposit products.
Analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve discrepancies in operational systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where meeting daily processing cut-offs is a priority.
Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse internal teams.
Fluency in English (B2+ level), both written and spoken.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high degree of responsibility for assigned operational tasks.
