Assembly Operative – Leicester

Rate: £14–£15 p/h
Contract: 13-week temp to perm
Hours: Mon–Thurs 6:30am–3:30pm, Fri early finish

We’re recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing modular balconies, aluminium balustrades, and glass decking systems.

The Role:

• Assembly work from engineering drawings
• Using hand tools in a fast-moving production environment
• Building balcony systems (20–30 per week team target)
• Physical work including overhead and kneeling tasks
• Working within a close-knit, energetic team

Requirements:

• Assembly/manufacturing experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Hands-on, hardworking attitude
• FLT licence (desirable – training available)
