We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Investment Products ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What will you be doing?
1. Commercial Sales Activation
Designing marketing campaigns for investment products (funds, bonds, structured products).
Planning sales initiatives and monitoring sales effectiveness.
Creating support materials for advisors in the branches.
Collaborating with other departments to implement sales enablement tools.
2. Standards and Procedures (MiFID II)
Developing and updating sales procedures in accordance with current regulatory guidelines (KNF/ESMA).
Defining the Target Market for specific instruments and ensuring sales systems adhere to these requirements.
Overseeing the Product Governance process — from product implementation to periodic reviews.
3. Sales Network Support
Conducting webinars and onboarding training for advisors regarding new products and procedural changes.
Providing substantive Second Line Support for the sales network in processing complex client cases and MiFID-related complaints.
Optimizing the Customer Journey while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Skills you should have
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a financial institution (bank, investment fund manager/TFI, brokerage house) within sales support or product management.
Expertise: Practical knowledge of the MiFID II directive and consumer protection regulations.
Communication: Ability to write about complex matters in plain language.
Training: Experience in conducting training sessions on financial instruments and investment offerings
Licenses: Investment Advisor or Broker licenses will be considered a strong asset.
