About the Role
<p><strong>Technical Coordinator | Regional Housebuilder | Bristol | £50k+P</strong></p>

<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<p>· To work closely within the Region to understand their Technical needs and to act as a key link back into the Central Technical Team to ensure workloads are prioritised and met</p>
<p>· To help determine and manage consultant and sub-contractor proposals in conjunction with the Technical team</p>
<p>· To ensure all approvals are obtained and information received and issued to allow for a prompt start on site.</p>
<p>· To make decisions on an Area and Regional level on all Technical matters</p>

<p>REQUIREMENTS:</p>
<p>· Have experience as a Technical Coordinator with a housebuilder, consultancy or in a related field</p>
<p>· To have an all-round knowledge of technical issues including a good understanding of Building Regulations / NHBC standards</p>
<p>· To be qualified to HND/HNC or degree level and /or have corporate membership of a recognised professional institute</p>
<p>· To be able to input and help determine and manage consultant and sub-contractor proposals in conjunction with the Technical team</p>

<p>· £50,000</p>
<p>· 26 days annual leave + public holidays + your birthday off</p>
