We are currently looking for a Loan Operations Specialist ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

Your Role: 
As a Loans Operations Specialist, you will be a key part of our back-office team, focused on the precise and timely administration of loan products. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Loan Administration: Managing the full lifecycle of loan agreements, from disbursement to repayment and closure.

• Data Entry & Verification: Accurately inputting and verifying loan-related data into our systems.

• Documentation Management: Ensuring all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed. Prepare and double-check loan agreements, annexes, and security documents.

• Condition Verification: Verify client covenants and all disbursement conditions.

• Payment Processing: Overseeing and processing loan repayments, interest calculations, and fee management.

• Query Resolution: Responding to and resolving operational queries from internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) regarding loan statuses, payments, and administrative details.

• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline operational processes within the loan department. Analyze and improve workflows related to loan documentation, guarantee processing, and disbursement checks.

Skills you should have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational or administrative role within the banking preferably with exposure to loan products.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills.

• Fluency in English (B2+).

• Proactive and responsible approach to tasks.
