We are looking for a Head of Risk to lead and stabilize our risk organization during a phase of rapid growth. This role replaces our interim leadership and is critical for building a long-term, scalable risk function that enables sustainable growth. You will lead a growing team, manage a rapidly expanding credit portfolio, and build the processes, systems, and culture required for scale. This is not a maintenance role.This is a build-and-lead role. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team and have full ownership of the risk function.
Your Mission
- Lead and develop the Risk team, creating clarity, structure, and strong performance standards
- Own credit underwriting quality and portfolio performance across B2B and B2C
- Build scalable risk processes, policies, and decision frameworks to support rapid growth
- Drive automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making in the risk function
- Balance growth and risk while ensuring losses remain within defined risk appetite
- Work hands-on where needed while shaping the long-term risk strategy
