About the Role

Your Mission

Your Impact

As a Credit Risk Manager (m/f/d), you take ownership of core parts of our underwriting and portfolio processes (B2B  and B2C). You are responsible for making and improving credit decisions, actively shaping how we scale our risk operations, including automation and monitoring. You work closely with the Risk team and collaborate with Partner Management, Product, and Data. You operate independently in day-to-day underwriting and play a key role in improving our risk framework as volumes grow rapidly.

Your Mission

  • Own and perform credit underwriting for both B2C customer and B2B installer/partner financing

  • Take full responsibility for underwriting decisions within assigned mandates

  • Automate and monitor operational processes

  • Contribute to and improve underwriting policies, rules, and decision frameworks

  • Support fraud detection and risk prevention processes

  • Actively improve underwriting efficiency and decision quality

  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to improve risk tooling and automation

  • Support the development of junior team members in day-to-day operations

Your Talent

  • Up to 3 years of experience in Credit Risk, Underwriting, or Lending Operations

  • Strong experience in both B2B underwriting (B2C is a plus)

  • Proven ability to make independent credit decisions and manage responsibility

  • Strong analytical and structured decision-making skills

  • Strong Excel skills (Python and/or SQL are a plus)

  • Experience working with credit policies and risk rules

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • English (minimum C1 level), fluent German is a plus
