Our client is a Mechanical contractor experiencing significant growth and working in new sectors, that primarily delivers commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London is looking to appoint two Mechanical Contracts Managers to be based in Stratford in London.

Project Details

• Mechanical HVAC fit-out and refurbishments
• London project location
• £200K - £2M project values
• April/May 2026 start date

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing the mechanical package from pre-construction through to handover
• Overseeing a Mechanical Supervisor on site
• Reporting into an Mechanical Director
• Managing programme, quality, and health & safety
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager within building services
• Strong commercial project experience (fit-out or refurbishment preferred)
• Experience working on central London projects
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programme

Package:

• £70,000 – £80,000 salary (flexible for the right candidate)
