SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER

Compensation Range: $57 - 60 per hour

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Core Technology & Digital division of our global entertainment enterprise. In this role, you will be a key architect of the digital journeys that power our international theme parks, luxury resorts, and world-class cruise lines. While many focus on the guest-facing side, you will be part of the elite team responsible for creating the sophisticated tools that empower our internal staff and operational teams to deliver magic. You aren’t just building software; you are designing the engine that makes the impossible possible for our guests every day.

As a Senior Designer, you will approach every challenge from a holistic, multidisciplinary perspective, seamlessly blending UX strategy with high-fidelity UI execution. You will go beyond "functional" to craft digital experiences that resonate on an emotional level, maintaining the premium craftsmanship and unique character our brand is known for. Whether you are executing a complex vision, leading project scoping, or driving strategic discussions, your work will define the industry standard for enterprise-level digital solutions. Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Execution: Utilize a broad range of design capabilities to lead digital products from initial concept through final implementation.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with fellow designers and collaborate with product management, engineering, and consumer insights to turn abstract ideas into reality.
• Precision and Craft: Apply exceptional attention to detail to ensure the final development perfectly reflects design specifications and brand integrity.
• Phygital Innovation: Use rigorous design thinking to develop products situated at the intersection of physical environments and digital interfaces.
• Brand Storytelling: Interpret and leverage our iconic intellectual properties to meet the high expectations of a global audience.
• Standard Setting: Implement evolving design patterns and contribute to the continuous progression of our UI standards and excellence.
• User Advocacy: Listen to our users and champion their perspectives, identifying opportunities to exceed their expectations in current and future roadmaps.
• Strategic Documentation: Support the team by communicating recommendations via sketches, wireframes, design specs, high-fidelity compositions, and prototypes.
• Multi-Platform Expertise: Design seamless product experiences across web, mobile web, and native applications (iOS and Android).
• Executive Presentation: Represent the design process to senior leadership using superior visual communication and storytelling skills.
• Mentorship: Work independently while guiding the output of more junior designers, fostering a culture of high-level collaboration and team integration. 

Qualifications:

• End-to-End Multidisciplinary Design: 5-7 years of professional experience in product design for web and native apps (iOS/Android) with a mastery of interaction and visual design.
• Premium Brand & E-commerce Experience: A proven track record of working with elite, high-tier brands, specifically within hospitality, travel, or complex e-commerce ecosystems.
• Prototyping & Communication: Advanced ability to build interactive prototypes and present sophisticated design visions to executive-level stakeholders.
