<p><strong>Senior Helpdesk Engineer</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location: Nottingham</strong></p>
<p><strong>Salary: £35,000</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Helpdesk Engineer to join our team at a company in Nottingham. As a Senior Helpdesk Engineer, you will provide technical support to our clients and customers, taking responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving customer service issues.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will have a track record of excellent customer service and technical problem-solving. You must be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Windows and have experience in providing remote & desktop support to customers.</p>
<p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>• Resolve customer service issues, including technical issues, in a timely manner<br />
• Provide remote support to customers<br />
• Troubleshoot and investigate technical problems<br />
• Assist with the deployment and maintenance of computer systems<br />
• Ensure adherence to technical policies and procedures<br />
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues as required<br />
• Liaise with third-party vendors when necessary<br />
• Provide technical guidance and training to colleagues and customers</p>
