A leading BPO company in Portugal is recruiting an Operations Customer Expert – Banking Expert for the Spanish market. In this role, you will support one of the UKs most innovative digital banks, providing high-level expertise to resolve complex banking issues for Spanish-speaking customers.
Responsibilities
Expert Customer Support: Provide high-quality assistance via chat, phone, and email.
Complex Resolutions: Handle intricate inquiries related to accounts, payments, disputes, and transactions.
Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a central point of knowledge for banking operations within the team.
Financial Oversight: Manage fraud investigations, chargebacks, and detailed complaint resolutions.
Strategic Guidance: Offer informed advice on financial services and banking processes.
Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and support teammates to improve overall team performance.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to internal procedures and international regulatory standards.
Requirements
Language Skills: Fluent Spanish and good English (both written and spoken).
Experience: Minimum 12 months in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Billing, or Collections.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex cases independently.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms and banking software.
Soft Skills: Excellent communicator and a collaborative team player.
