About the Role
Technet has exclusively partnered with a global organisation to appoint a Global Digital Workplace & End-User Services Lead. This is a confidential mandate; full details will be shared with shortlisted candidates under NDA.
You'll join a Group IT function leading a globally distributed service tower, improving the stability, security and day-to-day digital experience for thousands of colleagues worldwide. The remit spans endpoint strategy and operations, ITSM performance, vendor governance, and service maturity.
The opportunity
This is a critical hire at a time of significant change, including a large-scale endpoint modernisation programme and the redesign of core workplace services. You'll bring calm, structure and pace, able to “helicopter inâ€, take ownership, and build a repeatable, scalable operating model.
Key responsibilities
Own the global end-user services tower: performance, reliability, customer experience, and operational excellence across regions
Lead and develop a dispersed team (including hiring, mentoring, objectives, performance and succession planning)
Design and implement ITSM services, processes, standards and tooling, defining SLAs/KPIs and driving continual improvement
Act as senior escalation point for complex incidents and service conflicts
Define and own service roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives (modern workplace, collaboration, device lifecycle, support model evolution)
Embed security, governance and compliance into operational delivery
Manage key technology partners and third-party providers
Oversee asset tracking and full device lifecycle management
What we're looking for
Experience leading Digital Workplace / End-User Services / EUC functions in a global environment
Strong ITIL / ITSM grounding with evidence of improving SLAs, KPIs and customer satisfaction
Technical credibility across modern workplace technologies, ideally including:
Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Autopilot
Endpoint management within hybrid environments
Device compliance and security controls
Application packaging and monitoring
Proven ability to lead through change and deliver outcomes at pace
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
