As a Flex Technician, you’ll support multiple departments and play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across the facility.
Work Schedule - 3-Day weekend every week!
Monday - Thursday

Job Summary/Overview
The Flex Technician is a versatile, cross‑trained team member who supports multiple operational areas within the manufacturing facility. This role “flexes” between Assembly, Shipping & Receiving, and Fabrication based on daily production needs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable learning new processes to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Flex between departments based on staffing needs, production schedules, or priority changes.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements 5S, and company policies as required.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth handoffs between departments.
Participate in cross‑training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly of components and finished products according to work instructions and quality standards.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices safely and accurately.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material‑handling equipment (training provided if needed).
Assist with basic fabrication tasks such as cutting, drilling, grinding, or machine operation.
Use of proper processes, procedures and OMS instructions, cycle counting procedures.
Perform preventative maintenance duties on machines & equipment as required.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Mechanical aptitude and solid blueprint reading skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguous/undefined problems.
Ability to be flexible and adjust priories to reflect changing needs or job demands.
Attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
Highschool diploma or equivalent.
2 + years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment is preferred.
Certification for sit-down forklift, and use of overhead crane or the willingness to obtain via training.
Valid drivers license preferred.
