Civil Litigation Solicitor 1-4 PQE

The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Litigation Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE to join a busy and supportive dispute resolution/litigation team handling a varied mix of quality matters.

The role will include a broad caseload of civil litigation work for a varied client base, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Property and land disputes
• Boundary disputes
• Building disputes
• Debt recovery
• Contested probate
• Other contentious matters.

Requirements

• The successful candidate will be a qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE and a solid mix of litigation experience.
• Property litigation experience is essential for this role
• Contentious probate experience is advantageous
• You should be confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support
• Strong client care skills
• Good technical competency
• A practical, commercial approach.
