Identify and qualify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and conduct product demos independently.
Identify customer pain points, consult on escalations, and provide solutions to minimize churn.
Manage contract renewals, create tailored quotes, and lead price negotiations.
Track customer needs and issues, providing feedback to continuously improve customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS).
Contribute significantly to our product development by collaborating across departments with teams like Sales, CSM, Product, and Marketing.
You bring at least 4-5 years of experience in a sales-oriented role with customer contact—for example, as an Account Manager, Sales Manager.
You are an active listener with strong empathetic skills, allowing you to consistently find the best solutions for your customers.
You enjoy supporting clients across various companies and industries to ensure they get the most out of Circula’s products.
You are ready to challenge existing processes and contribute new ideas to optimize our Account Management workflows.
Communication is your passion. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 level) and English.
