About the Role
We are so excited to be working with an exceptional gastropub known for its bold, ingredient-led cooking and relaxed yet elevated dining experience. They are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Chef De Partie with experience in high-quality gastropubs, 1 to 2 AA Rosette restaurants or above, or a luxury 4/5-star hotel to join their kitchen brigade.
You’ll be working alongside a talented team who are serious about flavour, seasonality, and pushing for excellence on every plate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie who is ready to step up, or a Senior Chef De Partie looking to hone their craft in an ambitious and well-respected kitchen.
You will need your own mode of transport due to the location.

£35,000 per annum plus circa £8,400 service charge
Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as a Senior Chef De Partie…
Running a section with confidence and consistency during busy services
Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to maintain the highest culinary standards
Contributing ideas for daily specials and seasonal menus
Supporting junior chefs and maintaining a positive, focused kitchen culture
Upholding exceptional levels of hygiene and kitchen organisation
