<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Manage full-cycle <strong>seafreight export</strong> shipments from booking through to final delivery</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, and hauliers</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Prepare and process export documentation (B/Ls, customs entries, etc.)</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with all export regulations and procedures</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Provide high levels of customer service, handling queries and updates</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any issues</li>

<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Strong working knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Experience using Cargowise (essential)</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Confident communicator with strong organisational skills</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously</li>
