<h3>Veterinary Surgeon – West London</h3>
<p>A well-established small animal practice in West London is seeking a confident and community-minded Veterinary Surgeon. This position offers a perfect balance between independence and support – ideal for a vet who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients while being backed by a wider hospital network.</p>
<h4>The Role</h4>

<p><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time, 40 hours per week</p>
<li>
<p><strong>Weekends:</strong> 1:3 Saturdays (branch) and 1:8 Sundays </p>
<li>
<p><strong>On-call:</strong> None</p>
<li>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> £55,000–£65,000 DOE</p>

<p>This is a first opinion GP role with a manageable caseload, allowing for a balanced day of morning consultations, routine surgeries, admin time, and evening consults. </p>
