About the Role

<p>We are seeking an experienced Legal Case Management Specialist to join a well-established legal team in Cleveland, OH. This position requires proficiency in rule-based calendar systems, as well as the ability to oversee, train, and assist docketing staff in order to ensure precision and compliance across various jurisdictions.</p>
<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Analyze legal documents to recognize and record important litigation deadlines.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Input and maintain events in Aderant CompuLaw software; manually calculate dates as necessary.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage accurate docket data and produce reports for legal teams.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Research and monitor changes to federal, state, and local court regulations and procedures.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop training materials and coach docketing staff on procedural changes.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with lawyers, staff, and court personnel to address docketing inquiries.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist the Docketing Manager with special projects and firm-wide initiatives.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>5+ years of experience in docketing with CompuLaw, CourtAlert, or eDockets.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Thorough understanding of litigation processes and court regulations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in MS Office; preferred certification as a Relativity Certified Administrator.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.</p>
