The Senior ServiceNow Developer supports a federal program by designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions, building custom applications, supporting portals and ITOM, collaborating in Agile environments, and ensuring federal compliance.

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to support federal program requirements
• Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITOM functionality
• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow portals and web-based user experiences, including Service Portal and UI Builder
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to implement scalable, standards-based solutions

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience developing custom ServiceNow applications and platform configurations
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow portal development (Service Portal and UI Builder)
• Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS): CIS – ITOM
• Experience supporting federal government programs
• Strong experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, and user experience design
• Experience configuring ITSM module
• Familiarity with ServiceNow data model and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience supporting DevSecOps-aligned Agile teams
