Job Description
  • Apply job skills and company policies to complete assigned tasks.
  • Create and complete accurate referrals and applications into a centralized customer relationship management platform.
  • Resolve patient questions and concerns regarding patient journey status.
  • Enter detailed and clear information into company proprietary software while conversing via telephone.
  • Maintain quality while providing empathetic support to patients.
  • Interact with patient referral sources to process new applicants.
  • Steward patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial.
Critical Information
  • Must be able to work any 8-hour shift between 7AM-7PM (CST) as assigned.
  • Remote work environment requires high-speed internet (minimum 15Mbps download speed, 5Mbps upload speed).
  • Overtime could be required at times outside of standard hours.
Education/Licenses Needed
  • High School education required.
  • 2-4 years related customer-facing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
