The Role They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching across the primary age range, providing PPA cover while maintaining consistency, creativity, and high standards of learning. Key Responsibilities of this PPA teacher: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as required Ensure continuity of learning during PPA cover Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and pupil wellbeing Assess pupils’ progress and provide feedback in line with school policies Work collaboratively with class teachers and support staff Contribute positively to the wider life of the school The expectations of the PPA teacher Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have experience teaching across the primary age range Demonstrate strong classroom management skills Be adaptable, organised, and confident teaching different year groups Share our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Be a positive team player with excellent communication skills Benefits: A friendly, supportive, and dedicated staff team A Daily rate varying between £140-180 per day  Dedicated consultant Well-behaved pupils who are eager to learn Strong leadership and clear systems A positive working environment within a thriving school community Are you the strong PPA teacher we are looking for? if you are interested in the role above, please get in email Fraser@smile-education.co.uk We are committed to safeguarding children.
